Connect Your vSeeBox to Wi-Fi or Ethernet
Ethernet (most reliable)
Plug an Ethernet cable from your router into the network port on the back of the box. It connects automatically — no password needed. This is the best choice for 4K and 8K.
Wi-Fi
- On the home screen, open Settings → Network & Internet (or Wi-Fi).
- Pick your network name from the list.
- Type your Wi-Fi password carefully — it's case-sensitive — and choose Connect.
If it won't connect or keeps buffering
- Restart your router and the box (unplug both for 30 seconds).
- Move the box out of cabinets and away from the back of the TV, or move the router closer.
- If your router shows two networks (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), try the 5 GHz one when you're close to the router, or 2.4 GHz if you're far away.
- Check your speed: about 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K on each TV that's streaming.
