How to Pair Your vSeeBox Remote
Your vSeeBox remote connects to the box by Bluetooth. Most boxes ask you to pair it during the first-time setup — just follow the on-screen picture.
If the remote isn't working
- Check the batteries (or charge the remote, if yours is rechargeable).
- Stand close to the box — within a few feet — with nothing in between.
- Start pairing again using the button combination shown on your box's quick-start card or on the pairing screen, and keep holding until the remote's light flashes.
- If the box is already set up, you can also pair from the box's Settings under Remote & Accessories (or Bluetooth) → Add accessory. Use a USB mouse or keyboard to get there if the remote isn't responding.
- Still nothing? Unplug the box for 30 seconds, plug it back in, and try again.
Use your TV remote instead
Many TVs can control the vSeeBox through the HDMI cable. Turn on the HDMI control setting in your TV's settings — it has a different name on each brand: Anynet+ (Samsung), SimpLink (LG), Bravia Sync (Sony), CEC or HDMI-CEC (most others). Then your TV remote's arrows, OK and back buttons can work the box.
